About the Founder
Fariha Salahuddin is the Founder and CEO of Growth Gatherings and Farihas FZE, based in Dubai. She is an Executive Coach and former Fortune 100 CHRO with 25+ years of experience across PepsiCo (SVP CHRO, Africa Middle East South Asia), VP HR Emerging markets, Middle East Africa and VP Talent GSK, Global HR Director Molnlycke, Citi, Unilever, ABN AMRO, and ICI Pakistan — spanning seven countries and over 40 markets.
Her credentials include iPEC Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, Hogan Assessor, and Wharton CHRO Certification. She is recognised as an EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women EMEIA 2025 and among the Top 15 Coaches in Dubai.
